March 20, 2011 I was at the rented house of a charismatic prayer group member and friend where the husband of the owner had suicide. The Mass was a charismatic Mass. The people renting the house thought that the spirit of the man was lingering there since his suicide 2 years ago. He was a Japanese man, an OB/Gyn who specialized in in-vitro fertility therapy. As such he probably had let many embryos die. Who knows, but we believe that he repented of his sins as he was lingering trying to get help from them. The priest from Colorado, Fr. Don, discerned that a deliverance wasn’t needed for the ghost, and so offered the Mass in reparation for his sins after praying a cleansing and blessing prayer for the house. After Communion, a Vietnamese woman who had a prophetic gift spoke up with an image which also had a locution. She said she saw a Japanese man standing before her saying “Sayonara. Thank you for praying for me, I can go in peace.” He then turned and left. None of us saw it, but we rejoiced in the Lord that his Mercy was so powerful and sovereign as to save this Japanese Doctor through the power of our charismatic Mass. |
